Customers, Resellers, and Distributors…Effective April 1, 2025, this portal will shut down.

Starting April 1, 2025, orders for SAP Crystal Reports and SAP Crystal Server will be managed directly by SAP. SAP Resellers and Distributors will no longer be accepting orders for SAP Crystal Solutions starting April 1, 2025.
1. New quote requests and purchases of SAP Crystal Reports can ONLY be placed by end user companies HERE.
Note: Resellers and distributors cannot place orders for licenses with the intent to resell. The buyer needs to be the payer and the user.

3. The SAP Crystal Reports / SAP Crystal Server products downloads, training materials and FAQs are available HERE.

4. After April 1, 2025, should you need to purchase older products from 2013 or earlier, or need to access your license keys from past purchases, please email sales@sap.com.
